Privacy Policy

Homeward Living Advisory LLC ("Homeward Living," "we," "us," or "our") publishes the Homeward Living Planner app. This policy explains how the app handles information.

Information you choose to provide

The app may process:

• Account details, such as your name and email address.
• Home-plan information, including property labels or addresses, checklist selections, priorities, notes, measurements, and project details.
• Photos, videos, and other files you choose to capture or attach.
• Support messages and information you send when requesting assistance.

How information is used

We use information to provide account access, save and synchronize your plans, create reports, maintain security, respond to support requests, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or use home photos and videos for advertising.

Camera, photos, and video

The app requests camera, microphone, or photo-library access only when you choose a related feature. You control which media is added. Device permissions can be changed in system settings.

Device storage and encrypted backup

The app keeps a working copy of plan information on your device. If you create an account and enable synchronization, selected account, project, and media data may be stored by our cloud service providers. Data is protected in transit using encryption and stored using provider security controls. Access rules are designed so authenticated users can access only information authorized for their accounts.

Service providers and disclosures

We may use providers for authentication, database hosting, file storage, email delivery, diagnostics, and app distribution. They process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or our rights, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain security. You may request account and cloud-data deletion by contacting us. Removing the app does not automatically delete a cloud account.

Your choices

You can decline optional permissions, remove attachments, export plans, sign out, and request correction or deletion of account information. Some features may not work without the information they require.

Children and sensitive information

The app is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the app to store medical records, financial account numbers, government identifiers, passwords, or other information unnecessary for home planning.
