Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Homeward Living Advisory LLC concerning the Homeward Living Planner app. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Purpose of the app

Homeward Living Planner is an organizational and educational tool for recording observations, priorities, media, and planning information about a home. It may help you prepare for conversations with advisors, contractors, and licensed professionals.

No licensed professional service through the app

App content and generated reports are general advisory information. They are not architectural, engineering, contracting, inspection, occupational-therapy, medical, legal, financial, permit, code-compliance, or emergency services. The app does not determine whether a condition is safe or whether work is feasible or code compliant. Consult appropriately licensed professionals before acting on a recommendation.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials and devices, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not access another person's account or attempt to bypass app security.

Your content

You retain ownership of information and media you add. You grant us and our service providers a limited right to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the app. You must have permission to upload content and should avoid capturing people or private information without consent.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the app, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, reverse engineer it where prohibited, infringe another person's rights, or use it for unlawful, hazardous, or emergency-response purposes.

Availability and changes

Features may change and service may occasionally be interrupted. We may suspend access to protect users, comply with law, or address misuse. We may update these terms and will post the current effective date.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Homeward Living Advisory LLC is not responsible for decisions, work, injury, property damage, data loss, or third-party services arising from reliance on the app. Applicable law may provide rights that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here changes the terms of a separately signed client-services agreement with Homeward Living Advisory LLC.
