We help define the project brief, bring together the appropriate architects, engineers, specialty consultants, and contractors, organize competitive selection and bidding, monitor budgets and schedules, coordinate decisions, and manage the team through completion. Homeward Living does not perform the licensed design or construction work; each retained professional remains responsible for its own services, documents, pricing, permits, means and methods, code compliance, and workmanship.
